The Vint mss., ca. 1960, consist of the manuscript and proof-copy material for China Court by Rumer Godden, published by Viking Press in 1961. The manuscript was edited at Viking by John Vint. Also present are endpaper layouts by George Salter, and penciled layouts and proof of the title page, etc.
