For Library-owned Media Items: Instructors can make arrangements to use a library-owned media item, and show a film to large groups in the Herman B Wells Library, Media Showing Room, E174. Use the form below to reserve the room, and vhs or DVD. E174 maximum occupancy is 50 people.

For Personal Copy Media Items: Instructors who are using their own personal copy media item can make arrangements to have a VHS/DVD playback machine delivered to the classroom. Please contact UITS Classroom Technology Services, Portable Technology Support at: Portable Technology Support for more information.

To reserve a video or DVD, please give us the title and call number. It is the responsibility of the instructor or designated representative to retrieve the video/DVD from Media & Reserve Services for use in E174. Media & Reserve Services staff will be responsible to open and lock E174, and to assist the instructor to turn on media equipment if needed.
