Wells Library, E174, Media Showing Room for Faculty and AIs:
Instructions and Reservation Form

Instructors who would like an entire class to view a videorecording may arrange a group showing in the Herman B Wells Library, Media Showing Room E174. Maximum occupancy is 50 people.
Instructors may also reserve a videorecording to be shown in E174. See request below.

For all other IU student groups or organizations who wish to reserve E174, you must make arrangements through the Office of Library Administration. Please contact Alicia McCarther mccartal@indiana.edu or call 856-4746, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

If you wish to reserve one of our media items for showing please give us the title and call number. It is the responsibility of the faculty member or a designated representative to check out KCR media items to be shown in E174. KCR staff will be responsible to open and lock E174, and assist faculty member or designated representative to turn on media equipment if needed.
