It is tightened, and we are ready for our second signature. This double-knot will be repeated, but not until the very end of the very last row of stitching (the other endsheet).

Beginning now, the rows of lock stitches and the stitching at the ends both differ slightly from those we have done so far. The instructions and images given in the following few slides show the procedure that will be followed from now until we reach that last double-knot at the very end.
