M-NET BOOK PRIZE

The Electronic Media Network, a commercial television station, established the M-Net Award in 1991. This annual award encourages the writing of quality novels which could also be adapted for the screen. The sponsors conceived this award originally to be open to adult and children's books. However, the sponsors no longer consider children's titles.
