Food vendors will need to obtain a
Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit
from the Monroe County Health Department (or
click here to download it). The Monroe County Health Department
is located at 119 W. 7th St (corner of Walnut and 7th St) or call
349-2543. The cost is $15 per day but there is no charge for non-profit
groups. If a food vendor is already a licensed establishment within Monroe
County, then there will be no charge but the application must still be
filled out. Any non-county or IU food establishment will have to furnish
proof of inspection by another jurisdiction.
