Ragged Jack Kale

Also known as Russian Red Kale. Red ribs contrast nicely with the blue-grey jagged leaves. Young leaves add flavor and interest to salads. Excellent as boiled greens, the flavor is sweet even before frost nips plants. Overwinters easily, as it is hardy to -10 degrees F.
