I’ve been working in the Lynch lab since 2004 and have been involved in various projects along the way. I was hired to sample, maintain, and perform genetic crosses for the Daphnia pulex genetic map as part of the FIBR Recombination grant. I managed the Daphnia lab and continued working on Daphnia, running mutation accumulation experiments on several different clones. In 2010, I moved to the MURI grant with the goal of performing mutation accumulation experiments across a diverse group of bacteria.
