I run the Daphnia wet lab. I maintain the Scenedesmus and Daphnia cultures, supervise our undergraduates, and try to keep things running smoothly. My most recent project was creating an F2 generation for the D. pulex genetic map. I'm currently testing for obligate asexuality in North American D. pulex populations. Veronica Cloud and I are also working on setting up mutation accumulation lines in bdelloid rotifers.
