Kung Fu - San Soo

A typical session of Kung Fu San Soo club is two hours long. During this time, we practice both hand forms and weapons forms, learn and practice new techniques, and work out. The hand form is a set of San Soo techniques which are used to practice fundamentals and simulate real combat. The weapon form is a set of techniques using a specific Kung Fu weapon which also simulates real combat. Working out is a time for practicioners to perfect techniques in a scenerio which simulates real combat. One practicioner throws a blow to his opponent who must defend and counter accordingly which any assault he or she feels is appropriate.
