Notes:

1. R was obtained by Brouwer's construction [Br].
2. M.-O. Pavcevic and E. Spence give a lower bound of 89615 inequivalent designs having an automorphism group of order 5 that fixes 11 points. They indicate that the actual number is likely to be much larger [PS2]. Restricting to designs that admit the action of an elementary abelian group of order 25, they find there are exactly 24 inequivalent designs [PS1]. These, as well as a few designs obtained by the more general construction, are available from Ted Spence's web site.
