Lisa Stanziani Griffith holds a BA in Music from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and an M.A. in Music Education from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.   She also holds an Orff-Schulwerk certificate from Columbia University.   She began her career as Director of Vocal Music for Alexander Junior-Senior High School in upstate New York.   Upon relocating to Rhode Island, she spent eight years establishing a new music program for grades 5 through 12 at the Providence Country Day School in East Providence, RI.   She then served as Director of Music and Worship at the Barrington Baptist Church in Barrington, RI, for over ten years, leading worship in weekly services, serving as soloist, and directing several vocal and handbell choirs.

Currently Lisa teaches middle school music at the Gordon School, a private school in East Providence, RI.   She resides in Barrington, RI with her husband and two daughters.
