HOME --> CMVT --> BONNIE POMFRET
Bonnie Pomfret, soprano, has served on the faculties of Illinois State University and Emory University (Atlanta, GA) as well as on the voice evaluation team at Peoria (IL) ENT Group for nine years. Currently she serves on the faculty of Shorter College, Rome, GA, and as Singing Specialist at Emory Voice Center at Crawford Long Hospital, Atlanta, GA. Bonnie holds the DM in Voice from Indiana University, the MM in Voice from Boston Conservatory (where she was a student of David Blair McClosky) and the SMP degree in voice and piano from the Musikhochschule Freiburg, Germany. She was a Rotary International Fellow and a National Endowment for the Humanities Fellow. Bonnie has enjoyed singing in recital, oratorio and chamber music around the U.S., in Europe, and in Asia. Her CD of American women composers, De Toda la Eternidad, is scheduled for release in Fall 2004 by ACA Digital. |
