Nancy Powers has a BA, MS in Speech Pathology/Communicative Disorders from the University of Rhode Island. Always interested in singing, both choral and solo, in 1998 she decided it was time to study voice privately, and came to study with Lin Schuller, CMVT.

Ms. Powers is a speech-language pathologist in the Stoughton (MA) public schools since 1974 and worked before that in clinical services for the State of Rhode Island. Nancy is incorporating McClosky techniques into her current cases and looks forward to broadening her use of voice therapy in the future. She says she treasures the day she met Lin Schuller.
