HOME --> CMVT --> JIMI ZIMMARDI Jimi Zimmardi has attended the Manhattan School of Music Preparatory Division in New York City, Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts and received a Bachelor of Music in Improvisational Studies from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Massachusetts in 1984. He has studied voice privately with Barbara McClosky and studies voice presently with Merrill Shea, CMVT in Boston. He has taught Voice, Saxophone, Ear Training and Jazz Improvisation privately in Boston and New York since 1980 and also teaches voice and resides in Boston. Jimi plays Piano, Synthesizers, Saxophone, Latin Percussion, and is a
session and studio musician in New England playing Pop, Rock and Jazz
styles. His production company, JAZ Productions, has a number of acts
that record their CDs under Jimi's supervision. Jimi is an accomplished
songwriter and a commercial voice-over personality in New England. He
has produced his own Smooth Jazz CD as well as two other CDs which were released in 2001. |
