Parking
There are several parking options for the duration of the conference. There are a number of free lots during the weekends. Please read on about location of free lots and visitor parking permits.If you are staying at the IMU Hotel, you can park in the hotel lot for free from the entire length of your stay.
Visitor Parking Permit Monday-Friday
If you are not staying at the IMU Hotel, you can purchase a visitor’s parking permit or pay for parking Monday thru Friday at one of the campus parking lots. Parking is free on the weekends. Please see below the list of locations where you will be able to park for free.Visitor parking permits can be obtained at the Biddle Hotel desk at the Indiana Memorial Union. Visitor permits can be paid with cash, credit card or check and cost $5.00 per day. To purchase your permit, you will need to bring this information with you to the Biddle Hotel 24 hour desk:
- Name, address, and phone
- Vehicle description and color
Free Parking on Weekends
Parking Garages – Parking is free all day Saturday and Sunday in the following garages Atwater, Jordan Avenue, Poplars, 11th and Fee Lane
'D' and 'E' zones – Any vehicle may park in any 'D' or 'E' zone, 5:00 PM Friday until 11:00 PM Sunday with or without a current parking permit.
Parking Lots – Park without a permit from 5:00 PM until 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday. These lots are free all day Saturday and Sunday.
