During summers of 1992 to 1997 taught intensive workshops on Instructional Development for training managers from LG Group (Korea), Sunkyong (Korea), Samsung (Korea), People's Bank of China, and Citibank (USA).

Served as Chairman of IST department, 1988-1991.

Served on Board of Directors of Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT), 1988-1991.

President of International Division of AECT, 1978-79. Board of directors, Secretary, and Editor for North American Simulation and Gaming Association, 1984-87.

Lectured and consulted in Spain, the Netherlands, Peru, Venezuela, Indonesia, Korea, Jordan, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
