Welcome or as we say in Bahasa Malaysia – Selamat Datang!
This is the website for the Malaysian Student Association in Indiana University Bloomington – or as we call it, MSAIUB for short. MSA is an organization of Indiana University students who share an interest in Malaysian culture. The number of MSA members has fluctuated over its lifetime, from a few hundred when it was created to the current number of around 60 members.
Ever since the organization’s creation a long time ago (sometime in the 1980′s!) the MSA has consistently kept two main objectives: to assist the Malaysian student population during their stay in Bloomington as well as share our nation’s unique cultures with the larger IUB community through the many different cultural events held on campus.
We hope we can provide assistance to any prospective Malaysian students and we hope to share the things we love about our cultures with the rest of the university community.
