Dave Hartman - President
|In 2009 I began my education here at the Kelley School of Business. After completing my undergraduate degree in information and process management I sought to earn my master’s in information systems. While completing my undergraduate was able to develop my professional skills by holding several internships within the federal government, financial services, and consulting. On campus I have worked for Indiana University since my sophomore year. Most recently I tought microeconomics and macroeconomis discussion and am not a graduate assistant to K201. In my free time I catch up on current events and politics. Whenever I get an extended weekend I take the opportunity to go to my family’s lake to fish and boat. Upon completing my MSIS degree I intend to take a fulltime position in Chicago with KPMG’s CIO Advisory practice.|
Joseph Helou - Vice President of Professional Development
Hello, my name is Joseph Helou. After studying at the Kelley School of Business for my undergrad in Information & Process Management/International Business I decided to go into the MSIS program. My most recent experience is with IBM's consulting branch, and I have had various other internships on both the corporate and consulting side in areas such as Project Management, IT Strategy, and Business Analytics. As VP of Professional Development, I am in charge of networking with recruiters and planning MSISA professional events with companies including the Big Four, Accenture, and Cognizant.
Ankush Balekundri - Vice President of Marketing
Hi. My primary role is to make sure that all of you are well informed about MSISA's activities. I will be sending out information for all of MSISA’s events (from intramurals to company presentations). I will also be working closely with Meredith Torch (Director of Social Media), Nitish Shangari (Director of Web) and Aakanksha Desai (Director of Publications) to make sure that you receive a consistent view of MSISA via all of our communication channels. I interned at PwC over the summer as a technology consultant.
Andrew Frank - Vice President of Social Activities
Hi everyone, my name is Andrew Frank and I am the Vice President of Social Activities. I completed my undergraduate degree through the School of Informatics and Computing with a cognate in Business and a minor in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. I have had several internships in various industries and I am excited to progress through the MSIS program. In my free time I enjoy socializing, playing sports and scuba diving. Qiujie (Jessie) Wu - Vice President of Community Services
Qiujie (Jessie) graduated from Nanjing University of Technology with a major in E-Commerce. As an International student from China, Jessie came to US and joined Kelley MSIS in the summer of 2012. She started her one-year internship at Cook Inc. in January, 2013 and will graduate from MSIS in May, 2014. As the VP of community services, Jessie is very enthusiastic in volunteer herself and hope to bring more MSIS students together to help our community. Jessie is also very passionate in public speaking and used to be a program host and dubbing specialist. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, cross stitch and yoga.
Lakshmi Chaudhari - Vice President of Finance
Lakshmi is an MSIS candidate who graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the College of Engineering Pune (CoEP). Prior to the MSIS program, Lakshmi worked with Deloitte as a Business Technology Analyst within the Information Management practice. She is the Vice President of Finance and Fundraising for MSISA 2013 and is responsible for the overall budget management, planning, reimbursement and fundraising activities. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, staying active, adventure sport activities and trying new cuisines.
Nitish Shangari - Director of Web
I am responsible for managing website contributions, maintaining and updating the website and providing the MSISA board members with member lists and provision appropriate access. I will also be involved in creating and developing a concrete knowledge base for the activities and processes for the MSISA through an internal content management site. Along with the above mentioned responsibilities, later in this school year, there will be an effort to revamp the MSISA website. This effort will also attempt at involving MSIS students as project participants to be able to learn and contribute towards the online presence of MSISA.
I am from Indianapolis and did my undergrad in IPM and International Business at IU. I started a business fixing computers in High School, interned in the IT Department of Owens-Illinois two summers ago, and interned in Management Consulting-Technology at KPMG last summer. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, hiking, movies, and trying new foods. I am passionate about Kelley and am happy that I have the opportunity to help connect our current students with MSIS alumni.
Raymond Adijanto - Director of Intramurals
Hello all, I’m from Singapore. My background in undergraduate is in accounting and finance, and I am involved in Ascend student organization during my free time. I play badminton competitively, so if you’re interested in playing badminton, you can reach out to me anytime!
