About this Project

Universal Challenge – Making Challenge Courses Usable and Accessible for all is a collaborative project of professionals and organizations dedicated to the inclusion of all people in all areas of recreation. This online resource is a collaborative initiatives of the National Center on Physical Activity and Disability–University of Illinois at Chicago‚ the National Center on Accessibility‚ and Bradford Woods-Indiana University. The Universal Challenge website is funded through a grant from the Division of Human Development and Disability at the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities‚ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
