Exhibit & Advertising Options

There are four ways in which you organization can participate in the NWAV Conference as an exhibitor or advertiser:

  1. Send a representative(s) and display your items in person

    $500 for one 8’ L X 3’ W covered and skirted table
    $750 for two 8’ L X 3” W covered and skirted tables
    Rental includes: Table(s), 2 chairs, 1 identifying sign, electrical outlet, free wireless internet access

    Benefits to your organization:
    1 complimentary conference registration per table
    Discounted conference registration for additional reps
    Acknowledgement in the program book and other publicity materials

    Location: The exhibit area will be located in the Frangipani Room, where breakfast and refreshments will be available. The Frangipani Room is centrally located in the Indiana Memorial Union and is situated in close proximity to the session rooms.

    Hours: Exhibit Hours will coincide with breakfast and break time periods.
    Set-up: Thursday, Oct. 25th after 7:00pm and before 7:30am on Friday, October 26th
    Fri., Oct. 26: beginning at 7:30am/concluding at 7:30pm
    Sat., Oct. 27: beginning at 7:30am/concluding at 7:00pm
    Sun., Oct. 28: beginning at 7:00am/concluding at 11:00am
    Tear-down: Sun., Oct. 28th after 11:00am

  2. Send information, including book order forms, to be distributed with conference registration materials in tote bag or registration packet. All materials must be received by Friday, October 12, 2012.

    Fee: price varies depending on material, ranging from $75 to $300

  3. Send individual items to display on a common table. If displaying book(s), we suggest sending order forms with your sample(s). Please note that NWAV will be unable to return any materials. Samples will be distributed to student volunteers at the conclusion of the conference.

    Fee: $50.00 for 1 – 5 items

  4. Place an advertisement in the conference program book.

    The program book will be 8 ½” horizontal X 11” vertical. Your organization can place either a one page or half page ad in an internal page of the book.

    Fee for inside back cover $275.
    Fee for full page internal ad: $200.
    Fee for half page internal ad: $125.
    Fee for quarter page internal ad: $ 75.

    Full page ad size: 7” horizontal X 10” vertical
    Half page horizontal only: 7” horizontal X 4 7/8” vertical
    Quarter page: 3.5” horizontal X 4 7/8” vertical
    Black and white only
    Format: pdf or jpeg

    Deadline for ad submission: Friday, September 28, 2012

All exhibit items should be shipped to:

All boxes must be labeled in the lower left corner of each box: NWAV Conference.
If shipping more than one box, please identify each box as “1 of 4;” “2 of 4”, etc.

No materials will be accepted before Friday, Oct. 12th.
