IU Bloomington Chancellor Ken Gros Louis (above, left) fixed Bronwyn Ramey's mortarboard, much to her surprise, as she walked across the stage to accept her doctor of philosophy degree Dec. 18 at IU Bloomington’s winter commencement. Gros Louis formally presented the graduating class, and IU President Adam Herbert delivered the commencement address. A total of 1,676 graduates were eligible to participate in the event at Assembly Hall.
