Gospel Fest 2002--IU Southeast

Gospel singing groups in the IU Southeast campus area are being cordially invited by the campus to take part in Gospel Fest 2002 sponsored by the Caesars Riverboat Casino Foundation. The groups will perform at the Richard K. Stem Concert Hall on campus Saturday, Jan. 26, and Sunday, Jan. 27. Recordings of the performances will be available for sale. James Mumford, director of the IU African-American Choral Ensemble on the Bloomington campus, will critique the performances. Prizes will be awarded along with an opportunity to open for the IU African American Choir at its Jan. 27 evening performance. Admission is free.
