William May, Cary Maguire University Professor emeritus of ethics at Southern Methodist University, will present the inaugural Matthew Vandivier Sims Memorial Lecture at 4 p.m.,Tuesday, Feb. 26, in Jordan Hall A100, IU Bloomington. One of the country’s leading scholars in medical and biomedical ethics, his topic is"Medical Futility and Staying the Course."
