The cafe began operating last August, when owner Audrey Frost contracted for food service provision on campus. Another That Little Café serves specialty coffees, muffins and homemade soups at a small operation at the library. At left is head cook Delores Dennis with prep cook Martha Barnes

That Little Café at Moraine makes and serves approximately 2,100 meals a week; that’s cashier Donna Colon at the register. That Little Café also caters functions on the Gary campus.
