Register online for I-Light Symposium

Register now for the 2005 I-Light Symposium, Indiana's premier forum for high performance networking, computing, visualization and collaboration. The event will be held Sept. 21-22 at the University Place Conference Center at IUPUI.

The I-Light Symposium explores research and scholarship made possible by the State of Indiana's I-Light Optical Fiber Infrastructure. It connects IU Bloomington, IUPUI and Purdue University with each other and with the Internet2 Abilene network.

This year's symposium will highlight advances in visualization, virtual reality, tele-collaboration, and will show how I-Light has enriched these areas. Featured speakers include: Carolina Cruz-Neira of the Iowa State Virtual Reality Applications Center, Jason Leigh of the University of Illinois Electronic Visualization Lab and Greg Jones of the University of Utah Scientific Computing and Imaging Institute.

The symposium is free and open to all faculty, staff and students, although registration is required. For more information and registration:
