Susan Pugh, director of the Office of Student Financial Assistance at IUB, is additionally associate vice chancellor for enrollment services.
Pugh is continuing to serve as the director of the Office of Student Financial Assistance. She is considered a national expert in the field of student financial aid, particularly in areas related to the administration and management of federal student loan programs, and the application of federal aid for Americans studying abroad.
