Consequences on international student recruitment

The terrorist attacks of Sept. 11 are affecting international student recruitment to U.S. institutions of higher education. IU Bloomington’s Office of International Services has brought together international program representatives from Committee on Institutional Cooperation institutions—all Big Ten schools plus the University of Chicago—yesterday and today (Dec. 7) to discuss those consequences, contingency plans and alternative strategies for dealing with them.
