Eric Wernert of IU's Advanced Visualization Lab wears his virtual reality glasses as he demonstrates the John-e-Box, a portable virtual environment developed and licensed at IU. The 3-D stereo display system is portable, and eight John-e-Boxes have been delivered to IU's Bloomington, Indianapolis and Gary campuses as part of an NSF grant award.
