To access the web client a local network connection or VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection to the IU Network must exist.

The OnBase ActiveX can only be accessed using Internet Explorer

The ActiveX version requires the installation of ActiveX components that can be downloaded from our Web Client page.

The HTML version has less functionality than the ActiveX version but does allow basic retrieval and viewing of documents. It can be accessed from any browser except Safari.

The OnBase Java web client can be accessed with any browser.
