I have a client in Alabama who is seeking a personable optometrist to join the practice. The practice has four locations….a main office and three satellite sites all within a 30 minute drive. They are seeking a motivated and personable optometrist willing to provide care and grow there practice at all locations. The focus will be on two of the satellite offices, as there is a lot of potential for growth at those sites.
Compensation will be a base salary plus incentive bonuses (base to be determined by experience). The practice will also provide a benefits package which includes CME, CE days and paid time off.
The owner is very sincere about finding a partner. The employment contract will likely be two years with partnership discussions taking place towards the end of the second year.
