The Leadership Challenge Track has two trips for 2008, one for freshmen and one for transfer
students. The FAQ list, itinerary, and
packing list apply to both the Freshman trip and the Transfer trip. Each group
will have activities and discussion separate from the other based on the population.
Want to learn about leadership and the great outdoors without facing the
things that go "buzz" in the night? This will be done through hands on
activities which may include canoeing, raft-building or climbing
to the top of the climbing tower. Whether developing your ability to work as
part of a team on the "challenge course" or taking part in leadership
activities, a good time is guaranteed. Spend your evenings creating memories
with new friends before heading off for a well-deserved night of rest in a fully
equipped cabins.
This track offers a chance for students to hone their leadership skills,
while enjoying the fantastic facilities of IU's very own Bradford Woods. During
the day you will have a chance to swing from the trees and hang from the rocks.
At night, you will be able to relax and stay in a cabin! The facilities are
fully accessible for students with disabilities.
