ADDITIONAL PROGRAM INFORMATION
ELIGIBILITY
You may apply if you
- are a degree candidate at any Indiana University campus who is making
normal academic progress,
- are in at least your third full-time semester of college,
- are academically prepared for courses available on this program (primarily 300-level social sciences and humanities courses), and
- have an overall cumulative GPA of
approximately 3.0.
Complete eligibility criteria and selection criteria are outlined within the Academic Policies and Procedures
of the Office of Overseas Study.
Selection is based on maturity, seriousness of purpose,
appropriateness of and match between program and applicant. Students on disciplinary probation during program period are not eligible.
ESTIMATED 2008 COSTS
- Fee paid to IU: $370
- Fee paid to IES: $6,200 (tuition, housing, field trip,
health insurance)
Initial prepayment of $500 due March 3.
- Additional meals $1,300
- International airfare $1,000
Personal expenses and vacation travel additional

- IU scholarships, grants and loans
applicable to program costs with some
exceptions.
