ELIGIBILITY

You may apply if you

Preference given to students with a background in general European or Central European studies from History, Sociology, Economics, Political Science or Literature.
Complete eligibility criteria and selection criteria are outlined within the Academic Policies and Procedures of the Office of Overseas Study. Selection is based on maturity, seriousness of purpose, and appropriateness of match between program and applicant. Students on disciplinary probation during program period are not eligible.

Airfare, personal expenses and vacation travel additional.
*Special discounted CIEE fee for IU students.

FINANCIAL AID

APPLICATION DEADLINES

Spring 2009: September 8, 2008
Fall 2009: February 2009

IU committee screens applications for CIEE final approval. Notification of application status sent electronically within four weeks of application deadline.
