- One time funds allocated to modernize existing desktop computers, increasing base funds equally from Schools and OVPIT over 5 years to reach full life-cycle funding; 15,000 machines involved
- IUB and UA completed by Summer of 2000
- over 4500 machines modernized
- 6500 machines life cycle funded
- IUPUI completed with the exception of the School of Medicine
- over 1500 machines modernized
- over 2100 machines life cycle funded
- School of Medicine scheduled to be completed Summer 2000
- over 1600 machines modernized
- 3100 machines life cycle funded
- Regional campuses completed
