- Exploring a 1 year extension for Microsoft ELA
- Corel contract to be extended for two years through June 2002
Recruiting IT leadership and staff who contribute to IT at IU
- Ongoing efforts to make compensation competitive: nearly $1M in base salary increases for IT staff
- Increased focus on training for IT staff
