Women in Science Research Conference

*A fantastic opportunity to enhance your future educational and employment opportunities*

Present a poster about your research at the 10th annual Women in Science Research Conference and compete for the 2008 Outstanding Research Award. Cash prizes will be awarded for best poster presentations on each of the following categories: Natural Science, Social Sciences, Mathematics & Technology. $100 for first place, $75 for second place.

This is a fantastic opportunity for undergraduate and graduate women to enhance their future educational and employment opportunities.

Open to all undergraduate and graduate women at IU studying Mathematics, Technology, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences. Register by Feb. 22nd by contacting wisp@indiana.edu or click here to register online.

Women in Science Research Conference

The Women in Science Research Conference is an annual spring event held in conjunction with Women's History Month. Undergraduate and Graduate women give poster presentations about their research and compete for the Women in Science Outstanding Research Award. Cash prizes are awarded for best poster presentations in each of the following categories: Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Mathematics and Technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional development in a familiar setting which will enhance students' graduate school and employment opportunities.

Outstanding Women in Science Speaker Series

Twice a year WISP invites notable women scientists from around the United States to speak at IU about their research and issues related to women working and studying in the science, math and technology fields. Previous speakers include the following.
