This is a new initiative of the Empowerment Project that is scheduled to be launched in Fall 2009. As a program, the Women in the Academy and Professions seeks to empower female faculty and staff with the resources and skills to facilitate continued success. We do so by providing workshops, mentoring opportunities, research grants and networking opportunities.
