Charles “Chip” Rondot received two bachelor degrees from IU and began working as a Communication Specialist at IU in 1996. He has since served the university as a senior communication specialist and a manager in IU’s IT department. Rondot is currently the Director of Marketing and Communications at the School of Public Health-Bloomington. He is a member of the Committee on Institutional Cooperation (CIC), the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), EDUCUASE, and the Public Relations Society of America.
The Society for Technical Communication recognized Rondot in 2009 with an award of excellence and in 2011 with an award of distinguished communication through technology. He was also recognized by SIGUCCS (Special Interest Group on University and College Computing Services) in 2008 and 2009 with a distinction of excellence and in 2010 with a Best in Category award.
