Jennifer Skulski is the director of marketing and special projects at the National Center on Accessibility. Over the past 15 years, Skulski has provided technical assistance and training to the private sector; federal, state, and local government agencies; advocates; and consumers on compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. She has consulted with organizations such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Grand Canyon National Park, the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Access to Recreation initiative. She holds a B.A. in Journalism and an M.S. in Recreation and Park Administration from Indiana University.
