Susan Williams

Susan Williams is the director of University Communications. Her staff is responsible for IU Home Pages, the faculty and staff newspaper of all eight IU campuses; a series of topical, subscription e-newsletters featuring university-wide events and expertise; news photography and videography; media relations on the Bloomington campus; and the new multimedia university-wide IU News Room Web page. Susan began her external relations career in IU Athletics as assistant sports information director in 1979 and since then has worked at IU in media relations, marketing, special events, and internal communications.
