District Leadership Team
The District Leadership Team (DLT) is the district-level group that ensures adequate resources and policies are in place to support the efforts of School Leadership Teams. The DLT completes the District Checklist and meets quarterly to analyze data in order to determine district- and school-level needs and outcomes.
School Leadership Team
The School Leadership Team includes a representative group of staff and family members who collaborate to create the system for implementing PBIS Indiana. The School Leadership Team develops a communication system to gather input and feedback from school staff during training and ongoing implementation. Teams meet at least twice a month during the first year to analyze data to determine the needs and outcomes for students.
