General Information
We provide administrative support for all divisions in the Physical Plant. This includes payroll, human resources, procurement, the maintenance management system (MMS), web development, newsletters, financial reporting, and the Service Center. We are a key liason between our customers, vendors, and our own staff.

- Internal and external billing.
- Ensure compliance with IU financial policy.
Service Center

- Manage the Service Center, including radio dispatch.
- Initiate and coordinate work requests.
- Estimate and process work orders.
- Process over 60,000 service requests and over 700 project work orders each year.

Maintenance Management System (MMS)

- Coordinate this IU database for tracking time, materials, and billing.
- Support for IU departments using MMS, including Physical Plant.
- Strategic data systems planning, researching and recommending hardware and software.
- Participate in National FacilityMAX Developmental Council for creating a web-based version. Implementation to occur in April 2007.
