John Waldron Arts Center, Rose Firebay
Boy Gets Girl was produced by University Players in February of 2004 and had a cast of seven and a production team of twelve. The play focuses on the problems of sexual harassment and stalking in today's society and how at times the victim of this objectification is powerless to stop it from occurring. Boy Gets Girl reaches to the heart of the Mars/Venus debate and reminds us: sexist violence exists only in a world where it is allowed to exist.
