She will also arrange for transportation from and to the Indianapolis
airport for all conference participants.
Please send your detailed flight information once you have your ticket
and she will make arrangements for your round-trip ride to Bloomington
from the Indianapolis airport.
Participants will be assigned to travel
either by Classic Touch Limo Service
or Bloomington Shuttle.
All participants will be notified by e-mail how to find the shuttle bus, a taxi or a van.
Kate will inform you about your accommodation arrangement
which the conference will pay for directly.
