ORC site in Morgan-Monroe State Forest. This is the first site in Monroe County, Indiana where Japanese stiltgrass was reported in 2004. It is about 100 m from the paved Main Forest Road. An old logyard (red and yellow horseshoe shape) adjacent to a gravel access road was invaded by Japanese stiltgrass in approximately 2004. There was a dense population of stiltgrass here when a new log yard was prepared in Fall 2007.
