The polished concrete floor . . .
  • Is cost effective and requires less maintenance
  • Is a sustainable product (recycled content, reuse potential)
  • High gloss/reflectivity reduces number of interior lighting fixtures needed
  • Thermal mass can reduce cooling and heating loads
  • Reduces the quantity of indoor air contaminants; does not hold dust, mold, dust mites or pollens (compared to carpeting)
