Purchasing Negotiates Contract for Free Access to Lynda.com

Need to brush up on the latest software? No problem! All IU students, faculty, and staff statewide get fee-free access to the lynda.com e-learning library from August 20 through December 20. Access to Lynda.com is made possible thanks to a contract negotiated with the help of the Office of Procurement Services.
Log on (using your IU user ID and passphrase) and start training at:
http://ittraining.iu.edu/lynda
Lynda.com provides comprehensive coverage of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Macintosh, multimedia, and web programming applications. Lynda's video-based e-learning format works well if you prefer independent study and training at your own pace.
Lynda.com has something for everyone:
- Faculty – Incorporate fee-free video training into your courses as in-class exercises or outside learning.
- Staff – Target the specific training you need to maintain current and relevant skill sets.
