RATIONALE:
The university must adhere to state statutes governing the common construction wage relative to public works.
POLICY:
All contracts awarded for constructions, alteration, or repair of a public building that exceed $150,000.00 in value shall include provisions for common construction wages.
DEFINITIONS:
Common construction wages are determined for each county by Common Construction Wage Committee.
