Returning Vendors

When I try to return a vendor to my Requisition, an error message appears. What is causing this problem?

Close all browsers windows and log out of KFS, then log back in and try again. If the same error appears, please contact Purchasing staff. (We may need to update the KFS settings for your department or the vendor’s contract may have expired.)

Invoices

Why can’t I view invoice images in KFS?

Only the Fiscal Officers or Delegates who are included in the route log at the time the purchase order is generated have access to view or print invoice images regarding that order.

If you do have access, an “Invoice Image” button will appear at the bottom of the Payment Request (PREQ) document in KFS. Click this button to open the image.

Java is required for viewing KFS attachments please contact IU OnBase for further troubleshooting or help.

Check your computer for Java. Follow the installation instructions if necessary.
