Very Small Bowl

  • Design:Smooth with decorative handles. One handle has incised line design; the other is missing. There is no design on the rest of the pot. The handles are probably not symmetrical because the handle that is missing does not appear to be the same size as the one intact.

  • Size:Height 7.6cm, Width at Mouth 7cm, Greatest Width 11.4cm

  • Condition:Good, dry

  • Color:Black, orange where eroded

  • Temper:Grit

  • Collection Date:Prior to August 1996

  • Comments:There are two applique features that are disproportionatly large for the size of the bowl; unusual in comparison to other pots in the collection.
