All tournaments at Vetta Sports Concord will now be USA Racquetball sanctioned events. You must be a USA Racquetball member or join at the event.
This tournament is sponsored by Wilson Racquetball and will be the kick-off event on the Vetta Sports Racquetball Calendar for the 2009/2010 season (the calendar is listed below). There are singles and doubles divisions for girls, boys, women, and men of all ages and skill levels. All participants will also receive a souvenir tournament t-shirt.
The tournament will also continue to serve as a tribute to one of the most impressive people to ever play racquetball in the St. Louis area. Mike Pohlman was a friend to all who knew him and was also a top Open-level player prior to his tragic passing in the Spring of 2006. His memory will be kept alive as a result of this annual event and the proceeds will go to a scholarship fund created in his name. We are still seeking sponsors for this event.
